About You

Many companies that contact us will ask about the services that we provide.  In turn, we need to be sure that your company fits the profile for a company that we will provide services to.

Typically, the type of company that we do business with will meet the following minimum profile:

• Financially stable and has a clear business plan
• In business a minimum of two (2) years
• Feel that hiring us will be the first step in a partnership of success for both of us
• Have a need for either 24x7 support with a shared team of agents or five or more full-time dedicated agents
• Ability to pay on-time for all support services. We require a minimum of one (1) month advance deposit plus (1) month advance service charges, amounting to a two (2) month advance.  We do not offer "pay later for support today" situations.
