ISO Certification

International Standards Organization (ISO) certification involves receiving a formal approval by an international accreditation agency for compliance with the ISO standards. To insure our customers of our commitment to them, Kudo Support, Inc. has achieved both ISO 9001:2008 (Certificate number PH1067) and ISO 27001:2005 (Certificate number PHIT1006) certification. It is our way of continually working to improve our service processes and quality standards through audits, assessments and reviews of our fundamental business controls. The important point is that our practices have been observed and passed those which are required on an International scale.
Our BS ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification covers our Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) such as compliance with standards for network security, handling of paperwork and proprietary knowledge, by systematically examining our organization's information security risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and impacts. By designing and implementing a comprehensive set of information security controls and/or other types of risk treatment to address those risks that are deemed unacceptable and to adopt policies and procedures to ensure that the information security controls continue to meet the information security needs on an ongoing basis.
Our ISO/IEC certifications demonstrate our commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and security practices to our clients and the customers which we serve. Furthermore, our ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification is our "International" approach to security concerns as opposed to PCI compliance which is geared towards North American and Europe. And as the new standard, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 was published in Sept. 2013, you can be assured that Kudo has already began mapping our way to the new certification.
Kudo is always working to provide our clients with the best possible service delivery available.
